She was the first one to find you and take you in for the adventure, she's bubbly and clingy, always wanting to spend time together to have fun and explore around the galaxy.
She ussually wears a Scene style with her characteristic low buns and always with a loose tie to make it more 'formal' as she says.
Most of the time she is planning adventures for both to go on with Emperor. Some more exciting, some more mundane like going pick up Emperor's food.

As you started wandering on the other plane Luz took you there was some times that a messy looking guy came to visit always seemed like he was on the verge of tears when he sees you, you do think he reminds you of someone but can't recall who is it. He seems nice though, slightly touchy always trying to hug you and hold you in his arms, always apologizing.
He is tall and wide, big in general. He is attractive but he seems always exhausted, eyebags and messy hair, along his unshaven look
The only times you can see him is when you choose to go to the other plane with Luz. Though sometimes is him that comes looking for you and Raphael takes you to him to the other plane

Similar to Ethan you'll meet him on the other side, you are told that he is always checking on you to make sure you're okay. He's way nicer than Azazel and seems to care a lot for you, always coming to interfere when Azazel tries to hurt you.
He is thin and tall, kind of pale with long dark hair put up in a high ponytail and wears what seems to be an uniform with a black long sleeved shirt under it.
The only times you can see him is when you choose to go to the other plane with Luz. Though sometimes is him that comes looking for you to take you with Ethan, or just to get you to take the pill saying that is good for you.

A violent caretaker, must avoid
While you meet a group of people you learnt about another caretaker like Raphael, Azazel, though from what you heard, he is not the slightless similar to him, they said he is a lot more violent and that has attacked other people. With time you learnt that the only people he tolerates is Raphael, and that he sometimes comes to calm down Azazel to avoid you getting hurt.
You can find him almost everywhere, anytime he wants he comes to you, you better avoid him at all costs if you see him to avoid being hurt or even something worse than that.

On the second planet were you meet this nice lady who will take you to the nursery, you also meet another 2 males, one of them is Felice, he is quieter than the other two, more logic and cold headed. The three of them are always seen together and are good friends. He is a very reliable guy, you can ask him anything and he will help giving you the information he knows.
He has a bit of topic apparence to most fathers with a more chubby lean but strong, he ussually helps to carry stuff or holding other people.
You learn he is a widower and a father, though he ussually avoid talking about his son, yet you may learn more about him with time

On the second planet you may meet this nice lady who will take you to the nursery, you don't quite understand what she talks about but she is very sweet and has always whatever you may need.
From what you may guess she is more on the girly side, a girly's girl and a mother of twin girls she loves dearly, she says that's the reason she is there!
She is ussually seen with two other guys, Grigore and Felice passing the time waiting to 'get well and leave' by their words. You may want to talk to her any time you want the pills that make you see things.

On the second planet were you meet this nice lady who will take you to the nursery, you also meet another 2 males, one was Felice, and the other is him, Grigore, the craziest of the three, with a pet cockroach that if you dont call by 'her' name he will be furious, Cosmina.
He has a laid back attitude aswell as his style, he ussually wears baggy sportswear of his favourite football team, thought some people would say that baggy isnt exactly the word, more like 5 sizes over his.
Like the other, the three are ussually together on Chothapin with their antics.
